PEAK SEASON – PRICE for a week

 (July – August)  

  • 8the House (max. 15 people):€ 3 400  per week 

  • the House and the Barn (max. 22 people): € 5 600 per week
  • the Barn is only rented together with the House. 
  • The price for 2 consecutive weeks for the House is € 7 300 and for the House and the Barn together € 10 700

MID SEASON-PRICE per WEEK 

 (April – May – June – September- October )

  • the House (max. 15 people):€  1 400 per week (till 8 people) and € 150 per supplementary person

  • the House and the Barn (max. 22 people):  € 3 600
  • the Barn is only rented together with the House. 

Other or different periods on request.

Arrival possible from 4 pm and departure before 10 am. 

THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES:

1) BED AND BATH LINEN:

  • Sheets (you will find the beds made on arrival)

  • Tablecloths, kitchen towels

  • Bath towels (excluding pool towels)

2) "NORMAL" CLEANING AFTER DEPARTURE:

  • As far as everything is in order, the furniture in its place, the dishes clean, the bins and refrigerator empty.

3) MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN

4) BABY SUPPLIES:

  • Cots, bath, changing mat, park, and high chairs are available. Please state when booking.

5) WELCOME MEAL

  • A fresh drink will be waiting for you in the fridge upon your arrival. 

  • Plus, you’ll find what you need to prepare your first meal without having to rush to the shops!

6) TOURIST TAX

7) TELEVISION AND INTERNET (wifi)

  • PETS are allowed with the express and written consent of the owner. (25 euro per dog per week)

  • The costs for charging at the electric charging station are charged separately.
